Summary	0015217: an option to disable weapon tooltips in the game
Description	It would be nice to have an option to disable/abbreviate weapon tooltips in the game. I mouseover over different weapons very often to see the range, and tooltip obscures large part of the map (so to get a visibility of the range I need to move map to the right, to zoom out, etc).
