| Description | It looks like some sort of math is off, or at the very least unclear with the RCI values, the owner rci compatibility ratings, and the actual effects. In this example I have no idea how these numbers equal .87 for the armada modifier.... I think all RCI related calculations need to be double checked | ||||

For 1.022: * Fixed a bug where the rci-explanation-tooltip logic for the effect of Econ on aramda-construction-rate and building-construction-rate was assuming a "compatibility" impact instead of the actual "quarter-compatibiltiy" (a reduced effect, relatively) logic used in the real math. Thanks :) If there are other specific problems, please let us know what they are and (if at all possible; otherwise fixes are unlikely) provide a save(s) where they can be observed. |

Im not exactly sure that the other RCI values aside from econ don't suffer something similar, it's just easier to see with econ. But we can't see base birthrate, or terraforming rate can we? It's just easier to see with Econ. Same save should be aplicable |

As far as I can tell the tooltip text are the same, so it is all still pretty confusing. Medical Evironmental and Public Order might be affected too originally i just didnt have a good way to see. Now I see something like .76 x .2 =.15 in the final tooltip that determines the building construction rate for the thoraxians. However the compatability rci still shows .05 and states that it is multipled in the tooltip so I have no idea where that goes. |

Eyeballing the tooltip-listed effects for the other three RCI types look like they correlate with the RCI values, at the very least. Although Public Order bonus to armada construction appears to be capped at 1.5x while PO is as low as 100 (and the effect on skirmisher construction also appears to taper off really quickly; I've got a planet with 1.25x skirmisher construction for 131 PO and another with 1.3x for 425. Looks like the effect needs smoothing out. |
