Summary	0015233: Stop Bio-Terrorists quest breaks on accept
Description	Twice now I've gotten quests to assist a Federation planet with capturing a bio-terrorist. Accepting the quest leads to a CV_RequiresNonAlly error. The quest description also seems strange in that the government will feel betrayed for receiving help?

The quest-giver mentions that they've tried and failed to appeal to the government, so you're going against the state. Note that there's no reward, either. This quest is about putting the player between a rock and a hard place. Heck, not taking the quest may be the more desirable option, if diplomatic relations are on the brink or the player is afraid of the target race hitting its equilibrium population. I appreciate it. I can't get the quest to work, but I appreciate it.

(In fact, their LACK of audience granting shold mean they are unaware of the situation all-together, and therefore should have no opinion either way. :)

keith.lamothe Oct 9, 2014 2:24 pm administrator ~0039573	For 1.606: * Changed the Stop Bio-Terrorist Plot quest to give positive influence with the client rather than negative. The latter was actually (apparently) intentional, but looked terribly confusing to the player with the current descriptions and so forth. Thanks :) And the mission itself works fine now in my tests, as it appears to have been fixed recently.
