Description	Soo.. yeah, now that the positive effects from "Wellbeing Admiration" WAY exceed the benefits of ANY of the Attitude Buildings (unless you're trying to make races hate each other, of course) building RCI buildings (which take about the same time&resouces) are MUCH better than Attitude buildings.... o.0
