Summary	0015274: Federation Allies Opposing Smuggling of Resistance Fighters
Description	Doing the "Smuggle Resistance Fighters" Hostile action on a planet that the whole federation is at war with (Enemy to the federation), however, when doing the mission, all my Federation allies are hostile towards me, instead of just the planetary defenders. If anything, the sieging allies should be allies during the smuggle mission.
