| Description | Shouldn't that be %2.67 Aramada Construction Rate? To me the rate should be going down when when the economy goes down. Currently the further away from zero, the stronger the effect listed. If it were +191 it would also show x2.67 ACR. If the tooltip is, in fact, correct, I would change the rank of this bug to at least major, as that is very likely not how I would expect the RCI effects to work. | ||||

well thats lots things affect Aramada Construction Rate,econ is not the only factor... so even negative econ sometimes buildings, planet will have bigger effect |

But it shouldn't display effects of things other than RCI in the RCI tooltip. |

Thanks! * The boosts to local manufacturing based on the economy versus the local racial compatibility have now been broken out into separate numbers rather than one combined one (because the combined one led to really crazy-looking results). |
