Summary	0015388: Two-Finger scroll on Win 8 Touch devices should work
Description	As of now, the game is actually almost playable on Win 8 touch devices such as the Toshiba Encore 8". However, although Pinch-to-Zoom is working on the tactical map and the galaxy map, two-finger scroll is not. If this was implemented as well, the game would be a real killer app for Win 8 Touch devices.
