Description	From the 1.025 patch notes: -- The "Create Strong Federation" option that the Burlusts have now works with the Acutians and __Boarines__ instead of the Acutians and Thoraxians. This also now has some other text corrected, showing properly that all three races get added, not that that the Burlusts and one of the others gets added. -- From the 1.025 Achievement "Look on your creation and Despair" -- Win the game with only the Acutians, Burlusts, and __Thoraxians__ in the Federation. -- I believe this achievement was meant to be a "Strong Federation" win, so should probably also be updated to Boarines instead of Thoraxians. Also, I haven't managed to get a Strong Federation yet (some bugs/design changes got in the way of my last attempt), so I haven't confirmed if it still requires the Thoraxians or not, but I'm gonna give the NEW Strong Federation (w/Boarines, no Thoraxians) a try. I'll let you know if the acheivement triggers or not.
