Summary	0015407: Riot Control Starship template description extremely hard to read
Description	The description given for the 3 default Riot Control Starship templates (e.g. "Template: Arrestor ...") are written using a very dark blue on a black background, which I find extremely difficult to read. I have attached a screenshot showing this.
