Federation Progress screen says "The ruling party is currently Samaritans, and thus you cannot do deals with the Federationists at this time." There is no party called Federationists in the Andor Parliament, and the option to convince the Acutians to join the federation does not appear in any of the other menus. Oh well, guess I'll have to spend the next hour convincing the hated Acutians to like me. :) |
