Summary	0015455: Attritioners that reclaim
Description	Could be added to an ai core guard post, or some other nasty, rare thing that is not often seen, but is just a combination of the two. Also, could possibly be a zenith attritioner, since spire attritioners have their own special effect (feedback), zenith ones could reclaim. It may be a good idea to make this zombie reclamation instead of normal reclamation, in order to reduce the amount of ship clutter the player has to deal with if he somehow owns an object that has this ability.
