Descriptionmy botnet has about 3-4 times this game wandered into a fleet and not started shooting. targets are available but apparently its target list fills and the patch a few times ago to slow down the updates prevent him from getting new valid targets. generally manually switching him to free roaming defender resets the targeting list and he starts shooting but he should have been shooting before. maybe give the botnet a special larger targeting list?

ok the test.sav is having the same issue with the exodian blade. its shooting with 4000+ targets in range but it stops updating targets after it kills about 50 takes about 2 seconds to update then shoots right again. also the beam is not testing to hit targets beyond the first in the line after running out of targets from the above issue. this may be a graphical thing of the beam persisting after it runs out of damage but i dont think so.

The Blade was already checking for a new target list every frame. There were some other issues holding it up, and I just put in some fixes for those.
