Summary	0015719: Show numbers on sliders in the options
Description	Options with sliders like the nebula intensity, max loading threads or all sound sliders could show the number next to the slider to make it clear what they are actually set on. Like 0-100% for the nebula intensity and sound sliders or 1-1000 for the max loading threads. For now it's very cryptic what they actually show.
