| Description | As far as I can see doing this dispatch affects nothing aside from earning the player a couple of bucks. The flavor text mentions something about doubled affectivity - whatever this means. Ground power of the invading forces does not seem to be affected... Something measurable in the bullet points section of the description would go a long way, in my book. See attached screenshot. | ||||

Sure. This should be easily reproducible using the save from 0015838. Although part of my point is that the dispatch description does not give a *measurable* indication whatsoever of what effect is to be expected. Whether the effect is applied correctly is a different issue ;). |
