| Description | When I started this quest, freighters were owned by Skylaxian pirates. There are Acutian pirates who are neutral to freighters, but I'm supposed to destroy them. There are Boarines (non-pirates) who are enemies to freighters and to Acutian pirates, and I'm supposed to destroy them. Then, there are Andors, Thoraxians and Peltians, who are enemies to freighters and Acutian pirates, but I don't have to kill them. Basically there are additional (and unexpected) races involved, who see freighters (of an allied to them race) as pirates and therefore want to kill them. I have defend freighters from 14 flagships. | ||||

For 1.604: * Fixed a bug where the freighter-distress-call quest could generate the first AI side (the freighters) as a pirate side, thus making other involved sides hostile to it when that would not normally be the case. ** Note that if you have an old save actually IN such a combat, it won't remove the pirate flag from the freighter side, but it will prevent the bug in future cases of this quest.
