Summary0015936: Galaxy screen appears empty, reload necessary
DescriptionWhen launching an "Expand usable land area" dispatch on the Boarine planet, the game seems to freeze even though the music keeps playing. While in this state, the galaxy map appears empty of planets and no action can be taken by the user. After going back to the main menu, a message appears confirming a critical error and advising the player to restart the game and report the error.

Steps to reproduce:
1- Launch the attached saved game
2- Navigate to the Boarine Planet
3- Start an "Expand usable land area" dispatch

**Note: I haven't been able to reproduce this bug today on version 1.604, so the bug may have been fixed in the latest version, but please have a look anyway in case this is important.**

Yep, thank you -- this was a bug we found and squashed in 1.604. :)
