Summary	0016465: Frame on build list creates belief there is a click to expand function
Description	This might just be my own psychological hang out. When looking at the build menu, on the right edge of the frame there is a thicker white/blue bar. This is the type of bar I'm familiar with that has a click to expand another window to the right functional. It doesn't do that obviously. But I keep catching myself wanting to expand it and thinking it should expand.
