I think its a known issue , they already told us(0.816 update notes) this is new thing they added that no actual functions in it |

Thanks! * Fixed an issue where previously it was always showing -1 for the number of turns remaining until the next international incident, rather than showing the actual value. ** Additionally, it now shows more info for each brewing incident, which we didn't have time to get in there last release. |
