DescriptionCurrent Status
A Small Hospital costs 26k crowns and cures 3.6 people of disease and 30 wounded per turn.
A Trauma Center costs 58k crowns and cures 3.6 people of disease and 120 wounded per per turn, twice as long to build as Small Hospital, also has battle medical functionality (which I don't know if it works).
A CDC costs 75k cowns and cures 7.2 people of disease and 0 wounded per turn, 5 times as long to build as a Small Hospital.

(Note: Build times are estimate and depend non-linearly on construction abilities)

There is little reason to build a Trauma Center. It takes longer to build and cures less disease patients. It does heal more wounded, but wounded people typically are periodic problems, having a lesser amount of space to heal wounded people isn't as important as having larger amounts of disease cure.

Proposed Changes
Small Hospital
Increase disease patients cured to 10.
Add adjacency bonus to healing wounded of 1.15%.

Trauma Center
Increase disease patients cured to 20.
Add adjacency bonus to healing wounded of 1.15%
Add adjacency bonus to vaccine research of 1.15%.

CDC
Increase disease patients cured to 20.
Add adjacency bonus to healing diseased of 1.25%

Line of thought
In StarCraft the Terrans drop buildings down next to their command center. These buildings change what the command center can build. In this sense, we use the Trauma Center as the command center, and place adjacent buildings to influence how it works. Small Hospitals to increase wounded care. CDCs to increase disease care.

Values are not to be taken too seriously.

* The power costs on trauma specialists has dropped from 4k to 2k, and their construction cost and complexities are both halved.
