Yeah, that's going to happen sometimes. It's not too common, and sometimes you'll get 4 or even 5 territories to choose from by chance. |

With the previous versions that wasn't a big deal, but with this version it is a bigger deal. It gives you the choice of settling there with the initial landing option (You can settle in Territory X: You job is to find sandwiches), but then there isn't any place to settle, so you can't. |
