Summary	0017535: Can't find exact building HP anyhwere, does HP scale with building XP?
Description	I was trying to find more about combat and compare power vs HP to attack a large and powerful neigbour. HP is nowere to be found, sure we got it as a percentage but when the enemy has attack ratings from 10 to 1500 to 2000 percentages say nothing. Precise HP will also tell me how my defenses are becoming stronger with building XP.
