Summary	0017600: Act 2 City Parks are actually worse that the basic Act 1 City Park
Description	Playing as zenith They provide the same base beautification (50) (Park with pond and park with fountain) and nothing else, while act 1 parks also provide basic entertainment. So the act 2 tech city parks is useless. Is this intended? I had to move residential buildings to other territories to cover the beautification needs due to space needs.
