DescriptionI'm a bit lost on how construction points and such are meant to work.

I get the idea, of course - more construction crews = faster buildings, and move repair crews = faster repairs and such, but currently it doesn't feel like there's a lot of information regarding exactly how that relates to the construction times of new buildings - and I get the feeling that this'll lead to trouble for me once I start having more compelling needs to place down multiple building projects at once (and it looks like that time is quickly coming).

Is there any way to perhaps make it more obvious as to how construction points apply to buildings? I understand that there's a number on the bottom-left that says how long a construction project will take, but I have a few ideas to add to that...

-In the building data, give a value that shows how many construction points are needed to make a building (if I'm assuming it's similar to how science points work).

-In the 'place down buildings to construct' mode, make it clear how many construction points are currently in use by all in-progress buildings (again, assuming it's similar to how science points work).

-Maybe make it a little more obvious to a newbie (raises my hand) as to whether construction points go toward 'building you placed 1' -> 'building you placed 2' -> 'building you placed 3' -> 'etc.' or 'all buildings you've placed at once' or something like that?

I'm with you on this one. Dropping a bunch of construction crews does speed up construction considerably, and it seems like they work somewhat for adjacent territories or as a global bonus of some sort.

But it all feels very loose and obscure. I have no idea how big an effect putting down a construction crew has, just that there is an effect.

1. There is a falloff penalty of 250 points per territory distance.

2. All crews stack and are per building and are not divided to each construction job. So the speed up is the same if you build 1 or 10 hazmats.

3. I also requested in a previous issue to add the construction complexity field to the building description fields.
