Summary0017776: Resource conversion into System wide bonuses are allow to stack
DescriptionRaces can convert stockpiles of resources into a system wide bonus for a monthly fee, e.g., 4000 Terbium grants a 150% power bonus. However, this bonus is allowed to stack, which I'm not sure if is intended. Currently the Thoraxians have 4 stacks of this buff, granting them obscene levels of ground (3300) and military power(30). It probably shouldn't stack multiplicatively.
