| Description | I'm still seeing the behaviour reported in issue 0017777 (a member of the federation secedes by forming a Technocracy) in version 3.001. I've attached a save file in which you should be able to reproduce the issue easily. No action needs to be taken after loading the save, other than advancing time. One of the federation races should secede before the current dispatch ends. | ||||

Ok actually fixed this, this time. The alliance check was checking was in the pre-calc, but didn't care what alliance the strongest science race was when it came time to declare the Technocracy. |
