Summary	0018251: Instant level up--no chance to pick perk
Description	Just started the newest version and got my first level up. However when I tapped the bumper the perk options flashed on the screen and were gone. My status screen shows the "Brute" perk, but I can't tell which of my bonuses are from Brute and which are from my augments because they're all in one list.
