Summary0019417: Fatal error when failing no-heal probation
DescriptionApologies for the long log file, I've been alt+tabbing a lot today. The error's down near the bottom.

I had the no-heal probation (gives +50 energy) for 2 or 3 floors, then accidentally picked up a healing item failing it. The fatal error message popped up and the healing item on the floor did not disappear, though it did heal me. I did not have any further problems with the run.

Can you post the ArcenDebugLog and ErrorsReportedByEngine log files?
The output log is not terribly helpful in this regard.

I can't find an ErrorsReportedByEngine log file, but I did find these two. It doesn't seem to be as straightforward when the game doesn't crash.
