Summary0020983: Sound effects are always one sound effect behind the one that should be playing
DescriptionHaven't gotten around to testing if the random queued sound effects bug has been completely eradicated, but I have noticed a new bug.

Now the sound effects are always one sound effect behind. Something that might be useful - I have voices disabled through the menu check box.

It seems its different from how I originally explained. Many sounds can get queued and not played, hundreds at a time it seems.

Maybe it has something to do with how at far zoom sounds don't play for ship shots/deaths?
