Summary0021240: Decollision planning weirdness
DescriptionBeen noticing some strange occurrences with decollision planning:

1. Ships that aren't colliding are sometimes randomly assigned a decollision move point.
1a. This decollision move point will usually be to a ship that was colliding, so a ship can have a decollision move point across the planet.
2. Normal decollision move points will sometimes be to other ships' locations.

I haven't tracked anything down, but I'll be looking at this in the coming days. I only really started noticing this when I tried playing a galaxy with 250 planets.

Added a picture to show what I mean. In this picture I ordered all of my ships to retreat, but as the warden fleet came in, some of my retreating ships started getting decollision move orders to go to the wormhole the warden fleet was coming out of.

Wow, that's really bonkers. I'm guessing that it's something to do with data being read wrong or something in the gamecommand, or maybe ships colliding across planets as if they were on the same planet. Thanks for finding this, that's really helpful.

This is vaguely related, though I'm not sure if it happens anymore: 0020537.

I'm not sure if that's decollision or just other cross-planet strangeness.

decollision is largely reworked since this bug report
