DescriptionBackground/Problem:
At a baseline, normal macrophage at 7 diff feels pretty reasonable. Macrophage pop up here and there and they will spread Telium at a modest pace

Macrophage at 5 diff when hostile to player-only is quite a different story. Regular notifications about new telium and this can snowball quite fast. Less than 2 hours in, I have 20 enraged macrophage incoming (granted, I did kill a bunch of telium in a short amount of time--but this seemed unavoidable)

Proposal (some or all of the following):
1) Hostile to player-only macrophage need 2-3 times (or more) the amount of metal before they can make a new harvester
2) Hostile to player-only macrophage are weaker compared to normal (not sure I like this solution)

I'm actually surprised at this, because macrophage harvesting should be much slower without AI units to eat.
