I can't actually tell what I'm looking at?

In any case, I'm under the impression that Lone Wolf flagships like the Spire Frigate shouldn't actually be allowed to have ship lines in them, but this bug hasn't been fixed yet.

is this a mod? because spire flagships are lonewolves and thus no shiplines to tranport

all lone wolf ships i found so far (spire, hive) are quite a weaklings
i believe they need a buff to have a chance without ship lines
lets just take armored golem which can reall handle so much damage and also able to carry ships

Lone Wolf ships are quite strong late, you just need to level them up.

I have no intention of further changes right now to Golems or Lone Wolves. Overall feedback is positive, particularly on the Spire.

well... considering AIP price for those, i would think twice next time before getting em
for now it's ok, may be bacause you can attach ships to lone wolfs
but if it's gona be fixed...
i've played one full game so far and can say for sure - armored/cursed golems i'll take always
hive golem and spire - only until they able to carry fleets, it's only because having shooting flagship better than idle one

well hive golem is probably gona be skipped for sure even now, it just getting shot to 0 in first 10 sec on enemy planet, some how AI choosing him as target

The hive golem still wrecks house though, especially at higher marks. Make sure to have it full of drones before sending it to a heavily guarded planet, even if the golem gets shot down those drones will still rip through most things.

Hive Golems are awesome defenders, located at the opposite edge of the gravity well or under a forceshield, and they are damn good attackers too.

What they are nor particularly good at is wormhole assaults. Send in somebody else first to clear the general area unless your HG is carry a full load of yellow jackets that you unload as soon as you enter.

There is only one thing about HG's that sucks big time, though - that you can't load their yellow jackets back on the HG once they've been deployed. All ordering them to load their units does is to stop them deploying the new ones they construct, it doesn't recall those already deployed. So whenever you perform a wormhole jump, you arrive with only the yellow jackets you had aboard undeployed when you jumped. Which leads to idiocy like jumping to somewhere that isn't your destination first to destroy all you have deployed, order "load" to keep it from deploying the new ones it constructs, jumping back to your original destination, and then jumping to the new destination once it has constructed all 300 yellow jackets. Which is presumably working as intended, though weird and counterintuitive.

Lone Wolf flagships can no longer have ship lines swapped to them.
