Summary	0022454: Changing what to build in "Direct Build" menu requires two clicks
Description	For whatever reason, if I am building on a new planet, say, "Tachyon Arrays", and I want to build "Paralysis Minefields," I have to click the "Paralysis Minefield" twice. If I click it once, it looks like it is selected, but I am still putting "Tachyon Arrays" until I click it twice. This has been happening since pre-launch, but I always figured it was just me. See linked issue 22445 in case it is save-related and you want a save game.
