This galaxy is absolutely riddled with them. I've come across several more so far, all in corresponding positions. Marked on the screenshot are some others I've discovered in pink, and positions I suspect to contain them in yellow. I'm sure you will notice the pattern, no discovered planets outside of this pattern contain such wormholes. |

Thank you! * Previously it was possible for map generation algorithms to generate links/wormholes to themselves, which would throw off all manner of logic. Rather than leaving that to individual map authors to fix themselves, the game now checks for those and automatically repairs them, including in existing savegames. ** From testing through the various map types, it looks like this was only happening with linked rings map type and its subtypes, but you never know what might have arisen in the future. |
