Summary0022617: Explain what the different weapon tech types are specialized for
DescriptionI'd like it if the tech bar tooltips included an explanation of what kind of roles the various ships fulfilled.

Also, this is a good opportunity to make sure the weapons really are in the correct tech groups.

* Melee is for point-blank range
* Splash is AoE (but also there are some significant AoE weapons, like seige frigates, that aren't Splash)
* Concussion is... I think it's generally strong vs small lightly-armoured ships?
* Subterfuge seems to be mostly engine stun, paralysis, and other such disruptive technologies, but not stealth ships, so maybe this one needs renaming?
* Fusion weapons are good against shielded targets and structures... but also includes MLRS pods for some reason???
* Technologist includes parasite, but what else?
* Disruptive seems to be a bit of a grab-bag of techs, and doesn't seem all that good at disrupting things.
* Generalist isn't actually very generalist. It includes tritium snipers and nucleophilic weapons!
