Summary0023130: No Outguard Spawns
DescriptionOutguard beacons haven't spawned in the last couple of saves, can definitely confirm it is the case for the save "Clean" for which I can provide multiple saves earlier in the run as well, I'd been saving often before making big decisions due to it being a weirdly shaped Twisted Enemy quickstart. For the second save I'm attaching, simply titled 1, this is a Fallen Friends Arise quickstart at about 40 minutes in, no beacons yet found, and presumably none to find further out still.

I can confirm this, they aren't spawning any more in my games either. There's also a steam thread about it. Recommend quick attention to this.

At a guess, this is likely to be the same underlying problem that broke AI Reserves recently.

I had also seen the outguard thing - I mentioned this on the forums but wanted to copy it here: For me, at least, it's inconsistent and seemed to have some relation to the campaign that was loaded into the lobby and the game generated from. In my current game, for example, they spawned in fine, which was started in this version based originally on a very old save (Because of the way custom start auto-grabs your last started game now, and I had been poking this very issue with old savegames), but for some of my other old campaigns, games based on them do not spawn outguard. This might of course be an odd coincidence.

* Fixed a bug in the most recent two versions of the game where the various zombie factions and the outguard faction were not seeding UNLESS you happened to go into the lobby and hit Set to Defaults and then start the game. It's possible that quick starts were working properly, but not definite.
** This won't affect existing savegames, but will affect any new ones created.
