Summary	0023546: Flagship arrived at planet notification
Description	A fairly common scenario: sending a loaded flagship through friendly space to assist against a threat while managing another battle on a different planet. It would be really helpful to have some sort of notification when the flagship arrives at its destination so it can unload ASAP into the ongoing battle instead of being an idle voyeur. Any sort of simple notification, e.g. a text message of "Flagship [flagshipname] arrived at [planetname]" would be enough.
