Summary0023652: Sometimes planets become unselectable (or very hard to select) on galaxy screen [still an issue]
DescriptionThis is a re-report of: 0023624
It happens less now, but it still happens.

Let the game run a bit, switch planets a few times, and maybe you can start seeing it on some of my planets. I was getting it on my homeworld a few times.

Oh, maybe try losing a planet (scrap command station or something). That may mess with the connections and start showing the issue

I notice this happening every now and then, but I remember one time where it shouldn't have had anything to do with planets changing ownership.
I don't know why this happens, but I do know I only tend to see it if I have been playing for a while (30+ minutes). If I remember correctly saving and reloading that save didn't help.
Restarting the entire game did definitely fix it and let me select that affected planet properly again. Because reloading the game removes the issue for me I don't see the point in providing a save file.

I noticed this last night when doing some development. A few planets were particularly hard to click on.

This is still happening and there are a few things of note from my experiences.

This happens *far* more frequently to systems near the edge of the map.
This also happens more often to systems you are repeatedly looking at and then looking away. After something like five or six repetitions it gets really hard to get back in without having to find an unaffected system to ctrl-click wormholes from. Particularly annoying when it spreads out and there ends up entire chains of several planets that cannot be clicked into.

I can reproduce this pretty regularly by trying to ctl-click into "Fazely". It works sometimes, but just tab back to the galaxy screen and retry, you should be able to hit it. It works more often when I click the bottom of the planet icon; the top of the planet icon rarely works.

Oh thank goodness, a reliable case. Thank you! I keep fixing this, and then new cases with a different cause keep popping up!

Thanks!

* Should finally have fixed the super annoying bug where sometimes a planet on the galaxy map is un-clickable. We did this by making sure that the collider box for the planets is now way taller than anything else, and so things like the links between planets can't accidentally override them.
** On the off chance that somehow the collider was actually being turned off for the planet icon, we actually are now always making sure that is on every frame, too.
** If you were seeing some sort of other tooltip for something but unable to click the planet, and you see the problem again, please let us know what the tooltip is for. If you were seeing no tooltip at all, then that was probably the collider being disabled in some fashion. We do turn off the colliders for icons that are supposed to be off, but that should never affect planets. If it was affecting a planet icon previously, that should no longer affect a planet icon.
