Summary0024740: Logistical scouting
DescriptionWhen taking a planet with unscouted neighbours, while those neighbours usually get scouted, it's not uncommon to have unscouted planets 2 hops out.
Building a logistical station will immediately scout any planet 2 hops out. Using the hack to increase the recon range will scout planets that are 4 hops out.
I'm assuming that recon isn't intended to also scout. If it is, could the 2 hop scouting happen automatically, as it feels like an exploit to build a logistical station for the scouting and then immediately replace it with the desired station type?

It's an acceptable 'exploit' to my knowledge.

Part of the logic for limiting scouting is to thin out the numbers of options early-game, so that players aren't overwhelmed, like you are if you start with full vision.
