DescriptionAt 12 minutes and 50 AIP into a game against a Diff 7 AI and having done one TSS and one ARS hack, a second hack against either would generate 93 Strength worth of hacking response. This seems a bit out of line, given that the hacking tooltip tells me that I've spent 15 hacking points against this faction (counting the reduced AI reaction escalation from TSS/ARS hacks).

More weirdness, too. I just loaded an earlier autosave that I had from before I did my first hack- that save now tells me that 29 strength of units will spawn from doing my very first hack on a TSS. When I initially did this hack, more like 7 strength spawned. I don't get why it's different after loading the save.

I have a bit of an update. I tried making a two new campaigns earlier today and had the same result in both cases- an abnormally high hack response. Starting a game against a Diff 9 AI and then immediately doing all 3 hacks on the ARS on the first planet that I took spawned over 14 thousand ships, about 460 strength (not counting stuff killed by turrets as it spawned). However, the next campaign that I created didn't suffer from this- and when I went back and loaded a save from the campaign that got the 14 thousand ships, I saw reasonable hack response estimates instead. This bug may therefore not be reproducible- it might be some weird quirk of my local client or something.
