Summary0025223: Cross Planet Waves ships not spawning
DescriptionCross planet waves ships not spawning in. Checked with threat watcher, nothing shows up. I'v had this happen to me fairly consistently to the point where I generally have the option off by default, but the new difficulties have it on by default. When it does, it continues throughout the game, essentially requiring me to restart.

Included a save before/after said wave.
