Summary0026450: MP-Very fast moving units still appear to rubberband on clients
DescriptionThe issue of the client merging the actual position with the visual position is still apparent to the client. This is especially visible on very fast units or planets with lots of speed boosting.

The rubberbanding to correct position is however better than previously.

* The rubber-banding and jitter that ships on MP clients have always been experiencing because of micro-desyncs and timing issues that are fairly intractable are now gone.
** The solution turned out to be to not ever just correct the position of errant units (that the player can see), but rather to "apply pressure" in the direction that the unit needs to move.
** The end result is less accurate, but it is close enough, and it smooths out all of the jitter so that clients feel just as smooth as the host. The clients are already getting their firing information from hosts, as well as a lot of other relevant data, so there's basically no downside to this. This also only applies to places the player is actually looking.
