| Description | When playing Ark Empire, the starting planet costs no AIP. It would be nice if instead the first captured planet costs no AIP. This change would encourage strategic decision regarding which planet to take first, instead of it being a no-brainer to just capture the starting planet as it has no AIP cost. | ||||
