Summary0026741: Splintering Spire - Dismantle timer resets on loading a save.
DescriptionAs far as I can tell, the dismantle timer on dark spire vengeance generators from Splintering Spire is behaving oddly on save-load.
It does seem to be saved correctly, but it doesn't interact well with the act of loading the game. Why do I believe this?
Well, when loading the attached save, if you keep a careful eye on the notification bar, you will briefly see a notification for three dismantle timers, which have the correct remaining time on them from when I saved the game - but they then disappear before the game is even unpaused, despite there being no dark spire strength on at least one of the planets in question (Brinkkemper)

Looked to be a race conditions between Stage2 logic and deserialization logic. Moved the dismantling timers to Stage3 and it looks to be functional.
