Summary	0026857: Highlight newly explored planets
Description	It's sometimes annoying when I capture a planet and then have to look through the chat log to see which new planets were just scouted for me- searching them one by one in the bar can be annoying. It'd be helpful to have newly scouted planets be highlighted or marked briefly so the player can see at a glance on the world map which planets were just made available to them.
