Summary	0026867: Difficult to select/view tooltips of enemy turrets
Description	Another fun one that I don't have a repeatable version of yet. Reloading seems to make it go away. At times mousing over enemy turrets - I haven't noticed it with ships or GPs as of yet - won't yield a tooltip or the ability to select, use the Z-key for range, etc. I've been able to work around this only by zooming in close, and even then it can be hard to get some of them selected. It's as if the 'hitbox' or selection location for them gets messed up.
