I ran into a really annoying problem in my game, where I had just taken out a planet, which had a mobile repair station on it. It had some space tugs nearby too, since ai ships were being towed to it when they were damaged. A little while after the repair station fell, I had some cloaked ships enter my planet. They got detected by a tachyon emitter, and tractored. After they were being attacked for about 5 minutes, I was wondering what could have that much health, and no attack. I realized they were space tugs, which have 2 million hp, and are cloaked. I expected them to be immune to tractor beams, but they weren't. So I deactevated my tractor beams, waited for them to go to anouther wormhole, deactivated those beams, and after they left, reactivated them.

Space tugs should either have MUCH less health, or be immune to detection, or be immune to tractor beams.

* Space tugs have been removed from the game, as they have always been fiddly and problematic, as well as a moderate micromanagement need.
** The Mobile Repair Stations now have 5x more health, 2X the repair boost rate, and 2X the move speed. They are definitely now the pinnacle of battlefield repair support, but without the fiddly-ness.
