DescriptionPlacing Wood Platform (Midsize) close to a wall will sometimes render you unable to jump.

It seems like the game code is keeping you afloat in the air, thus rendering you unable to jump (?)

This is probably because the platform is not being allowed to scale all the way up in size from the initial spawn, I've noticed elsewhere that it's possible to stand on a partially-scaled-up platform, but not possible to jump from one (or rather, I presume, your "may natural jump" flag is not getting set back to true as it normally does when you're on the ground).
