Summary0005440: AI ships not being activated until shot
DescriptionThere are cases where I can par my fleet directly on top of AI ships and they won't get active, so neither my ships attack them nor they do mine. This seems to happen only for command station guardians since everything else is being auto-attacked.
Afair there was some logic to free ships when enemy ships get in range, this seems not to work.
