Summary	0005814: Shifty Buildings/Backgrounds
Description	It's not really so much a bug but a complaint I have about the backgrounds and mostly the new buildings that have been introduced in settlements. The issue has been around when the parallax backgrounds were introduced...but it's more noticeable with the settlement buildings. Whenever I move, I feel like the buildings are moving with me. (on a conveyor belt) Whenever I jump I feel like the mountains (or pyramids or forest) in the background are also jumping with me. There's just a weird feeling that they're not tied down. I'm not sure if maybe this is something that just has to be lived with...but it is something I feel uncomfortable looking at....at the same time I don't want to disable the backgrounds.
