Summary	0006467: Cooldown information displayed on spell tooltips could be more clearly displayed
Description	Currently, the information for what cooldowns a spell triggers is displayed in the following format: Cooldown: [Cooldown time] : [Cooldown name] This looks fine for things that trigger a single cooldown, such as storm dash. When an ability triggers multiple cooldowns, however, it is confusing which numbers correspond to which cooldown type. For example, ball lighting would display as: Cooldown: 0.8 : Yellow 0.6 : Long Range 0.5 : Global In the above example, at first glance it looks like the yellow cooldown is 0.6, and the long range cooldown is 0.5, when in actuality the yellow is 0.8 and the long range is 0.6. A clearly way to display this would be to use commas or some other divider between entries. Cooldown: 0.8 Yellow, 0.6 Long Range, 0.5 Global or Cooldown: Yellow 0.8, Long Range 0.6, Global 0.5
